Chad joined Elford in 2020 as Director of Business Development, bringing over 25 years of experience, deep industry relationships, and unmatched market insight throughout the Southeast. Since joining our team, he has been instrumental in expanding Elford’s regional presence, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing our culture and brand. In his current role as Vice President and General Manager, Chad provides strategic leadership across all facets of our Southeast operations - driving growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Chad graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing. He is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, North and South Carolina Economic Development Associations, Design Build Institute of America, NAIOP, and Upstate Alliance.

Kyle joined Elford in 2013 and serves as Vice President of Operations for the Southeast Region. With nearly two decades in the construction industry and deep experience across Elford’s market sectors, most notably commercial and education, Kyle brings a steady, execution-driven approach to delivering complex projects.

In his role, Kyle is responsible for operational consistency, disciplined project execution, and financial performance across the Southeast. He focuses on building and scaling strong teams, integrating regional capabilities with Elford’s corporate resources, and ensuring projects are delivered with rigor, accountability, and attention to detail. Throughout his career, Kyle has played a fundamental role in shaping Elford’s operational standards, helping ensure clients receive the full value of their investment.

Kyle lives in the Charlotte area with his wife and two daughters.

Ben Stickney brings more than 10 years of construction leadership experience, having served in roles such as Estimator, Project Manager, and Preconstruction Manager. This diverse experience proves invaluable in his current leadership role, delivering top-tier preconstruction services. His primary focus is participating in early-stage project planning to develop creative solutions, work plans, and communication strategies that meet the owner’s needs. Day to day, he collaborates with estimators, project managers, superintendents, and safety personnel.

Ben has worked on a wide range of projects, from new construction to complex phased renovations, and currently manages over $500 million in preconstruction. He also serves on the board of the local Make-A-Wish chapter.

Ben lives in Kannapolis and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and traveling.
