During Preconstruction, we actively engage Subcontractors for input on feasibility, pricing, and scheduling and work with our Design Partners to maximize Client budgets and program. Self Perform Group
Elford SPG is a team of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in estimating and managing projects seamlessly from start to finish. With 75 dedicated union carpenters and 20 laborers, we are fully equipped to self-perform entire projects or operate as a General Contractor for smaller subcontracted jobs.
