Project Description
A new 40,000 SF warehouse and office facility on a 100 acre site. The distribution center will be AEP’s first solely for transmission. The pre-engineered metal building will also be used for vehicle and material storage. Landscaping will include asphalt concrete for driveway, parking lot and surrounding warehouse; aggregate base for laydown yard.
The project was coordinated with all local City building department, utility and street inspection departments and the local building commission.
