Project Description

Alvis is a nonprofit human services agency with 50 years of experience providing highly effective treatment programs. Their lines of service include research-based, comprehensive reentry and family support programs, behavioral health and substance abuse treatment services, recovery housing for women and their children, and services for individuals with developmental disabilities who are trying to live more independently in the community.

This project involved a two-story addition of 69,350 square feet and the renovation of 7,360 square feet of existing space at Alvis’ Alum Creek Facility. The expansion increased the facility’s capacity from 104 beds to 350. The project encompassed the construction of training rooms, administrative offices, a gymnasium, a commercial kitchen, and resident rooms.
