Project Description

This 6-story, 254,655 SF multi-use building includes a total of 154 residential units
(288 beds) with a combination of 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom units, each between 425 SF
and 1,340 SF. The residential second through sixth floors feature an open amenity
deck, housing pool and lounge areas. The first floor of the building offers retail space,
associated public parking, management office, entrance lobby, and utility rooms. Two
below-grade floors are reserved for private parking and necessary MEP equipment
rooms.
