Project Description

Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) is creating a new Student and Family Support Center to improve services for students and families. This center will be a central place for families to get the help they need, aiming to boost academic success and well-being. The project involves renovating the facility extensively, including demolition, architectural upgrades, and improvements to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. These upgrades are designed to create a safe and efficient environment that supports learning and community engagement.
