Project Description

Located in downtown Columbus, this new 6-story, wood-framed residential building is
intended to make urban living more attainable. The building sits on a precast concrete
podium with one parking level garage on grade. The development offers 98 studio, one-
bedroom, and two-bedroom units on floors 2 - 4 for residents at 60%, 80%, and 100%
of the Area Median Income (AMI). A shared outdoor community space is also featured
in the second-level courtyard. The first floor of the building includes a leasing office, fitness center, and common area, while an additional fifth-floor common area takes advantage of the unique shape of the building’s turret.
