Project Description

A 46,000 SF building renovation and office build-out in downtown Columbus, OH. The building was gutted and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were installed including fire protection. The four-story building was renovated with new walls, painting, furnishings, bathrooms, entryway, floors, ceilings, and wiring for IT and multimedia televisions. The facility includes offices, cubicle space, conference rooms, workout facility, bathrooms, a multi-purpose room, employee café/kitchenette, ornamental glass and bronze staircase, storage space and multi-plane architectural woodwork. The exterior is decorated with a faux brick finish and decorational platforms. Space on the north side the building was renovated for future tenant build-out. This project used an eco-friendly design utilizing the latest technology for power savings by reducing number of light fixtures and the design provided for a large skylight and large glass pane in the building façade
