Project Description

Junior/Senior High School
This project includes renovations to the 1994-built section of the existing East Knox Junior/Senior High School in Howard, Ohio. The renovations will include a new building entrance, cafeteria and kitchen, and administrative offices. A 36,300 SF portion of the building will also be demolished to make way for the construction of a new 50,000 SF two-story addition. This addition will house classrooms, a science lab, music and art rooms, media center, and Vo-Ag lab for grades 7-12.

While the estimated cost of the planned addition and renovation is $16,210,000, the total budget will also include an additional $3,000,000 to use toward other improvements identified by the East Knox Local School District as the project progresses.

Elementary School
This project includes the construction of a new addition to an elementary school in the East Knox Local School District. The new space will include eight class rooms to help alleviate overcrowding as enrollment increases.
