Project Description

This multifamily development features 5 apartment buildings with a total of 190 units
and 176,180 SF. An existing building on-site was retrofitted into a 5,020 SF clubhouse,
and a 4th floor rooftop terrace and lounge area is included as part of the property’s
Building 4. Units are a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans, each
featuring wood laminate flooring, oversized windows, quartz countertops, stainless steel
appliances and finishes, and walk-in closets.

In order for the Owner to begin leasing of the property prior to full completion of the
development, construction was phased to allow for individual turnover of each building
as it was completed.
