Project Description

This project consists of a 403-unit luxury apartment complex located on a five-parcel
land assemblage totaling 4.5 acres. The five-story building will sit on top of a two-story
post tension parking garage and will include a 7th floor sky lounge with views of the
Uptown Charlotte skyline. Each unit will feature keyless entry, 9 to 12-foot ceilings,
quartz counter tops, walk-in, and designer finishes throughout. Other amenities will
include a resort-style pool with shaded cabanas, bocce ball court, dog park, bicycle
repair, storage room, mail kiosk, and leasing office.
