Project Description
An existing 48,166 SF, unoccupied food processing facility was renovated to include new offices, food manufacturing areas, test kitchen, and refrigerated storage space. New flooring, carpets, ceilings, walls, and doors were installed to build the new offices as well as appliances and prep space designated for a kitchenette area for food tasting. A new dock door was added with an extension to the dock apron in order to accommodate additional shipping and operational logistics for the client.
The project was coordinated with all City building, utility, and street inspection departments and the local building commission.
