Project Description
The first phase of Fairbanks Local School’s Master Plan includes the construction of an 8,000 SF addition to an existing elementary school building. The Owner may attempt to seek reimbursement through the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission’s Expedited Local Partnership Program (“ELPP”). To maximize the amount of possible reimbursement from the OFCC, the Project will be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the Ohio School Design Manual.
