Project Description

This project envisions the transformation of an existing 5.46-acre greenspace site into a multifunctional facility, featuring the construction of a new transportation garage and practice fields. At the heart of the development is a 17,278 square-foot bus garage, complemented by 17,839 square feet of general storage space tailored for a variety of needs, including a designated area for power equipment. Additionally, the project plans include outdoor parking solutions for both buses and personal vehicles, enhancing accessibility and convenience. Recreational facilities are also a key component, with two outdoor basketball courts and two practice fields designed to support a range of sports and activities.
