Project Description
This project consisted of a new stand-alone, single-story Type 5A skilled nursing home facility. Construction included site preparation, utilities, wood framed construction, slab on grade, concrete foundations, vinyl siding, asphalt paving, asphalt shingles and EPDM roofing, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression. A Nurse Call System and a Secure Care System were also installed, which are unique to the building.
