Project Description
The project consists of a Design-Build contract to construct a 214,738 square foot food processing, production, & bottling facility for one of their consumer product lines on a 38-acre site in West Jefferson, Ohio. The building will be constructed of insulated metal panels (IMP) sitting on a stone pad with footers & piers foundations. Additional contracts by the Owner include processing equipment, chemical storage, racking storage, automated guided vehicles, palletizers, wrappers, and dock equipment. Overall project value is estimated at $45MM.
