Project Description

This project consists of a 50,000 SF renovation with Core/Shell and Tenant Improvement Packages. The core and shell package includes, but is not limited to: new exterior windows and skylights, roof membrane tear off and reroof, restroom finish upgrades, HVAC rooftop unit replacement, and associated fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The Tenant Improvement package includes, but is not limited to: complete tenant fit out of existing shell space to include offices, conference spaces, office support spaces, and all associated fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
