Huntersville Town Center

Project Description

This project includes the construction of a mixed-use residential/retail building in Huntersville, NC. The 4-story building will consist of 134 apartment units on the top three floors as well as on the East side of the first floor, and retail spaces on the North side of the first floor. The East building will house the leasing office and associated tenant common-use spaces. At the South end of the building, there will be an amenity spaces that will include fitness and club rooms, and as outdoor area with a patio and pool. The construction of the development also includes site utilities and infrastructure to support the construction of townhomes that will be completed in a future phase.
