Housing Development Plan Phase II

The project is situated on the Athens Campus of Ohio University and will introduce new construction accommodating 600 beds across approximately 180,000 square feet of building space. Located on the South Green, this development is a key component of the 2022 Housing Master Plan. The scope of the project may encompass enabling works, including utility connections and enhancements to the campus energy system. The design will also account for potential future phases to address ongoing housing
needs.
