Project Description

The Lane Avenue Medical Office Building project involved the interior demolition and renovation of an existing three-story office building. Approximately 23,000 SF of shell space was transformed into a modern medical office space. The renovation facilitated the relocation of several services from the existing Chatham Lane OhioHealth location, including General Neurology, Pain Management/Interventional, Spine, and Neuropsychology, and allowed for enhanced functionality and service delivery of these medical offices.
