Project Description

This project involved a complete remodel of an existing 85,000 SF office building. The space now houses medical offices, urgent care, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center. The new facility offers comprehensive outpatient services including:

The project was phased to open and occupy at staggered times through the use of DIRTT Modular Walls, which allowed portions of the building to open for business while other portions remained under construction.
