Savona Mill

Project Description

This project is located on the 27-acre campus of Savona Mill’s master-planned
mixed-use redevelopment in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is centered around the
conversion of a 105-year-old, 200,000 SF former textile mill into an adaptive reuse office
space that includes retail and a community plaza. Elford is currently constructing the
development’s new 319-unit multifamily residential buildings, which will feature state-of-
the-art amenities and direct access to ample greenspace, the expanded Stewart Creek
Greenway, and nearly 40 acres of adjacent parks.
