Project Description
Duke Realty is building a new 574,560 square foot warehouse building on the 35 acre site known as Site F. Building will be constructed utilizing a steel superstructure with 40’ clear height and load bearing precast concrete wall panels. RCC site paving will be utilized for access to the projects 58 dock positions.
Through the preconstruction process, Elford was able to pre-order long lead time materials in order for Cardinal Health to achieve its goals.
