The Broadview, Phases I & II

Project Description

The Broadview offers an apartment experience while offering direct connectivity to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Grandview Avenue. The high-end finishes include stainless steel appliances, rich quartz counters, custom kitchen islands, custom lighting, faux-wood flooring, washers/dryers, and 10-foot ceilings throughout. 

This project consisted of two phases. Phase 1 included a three-story, 61,000 SF building with 64 one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse apartment units over a podium with a sub-grade garage. Phase 2 included a 3-story rowhome and a 5-story building with a podium garage, which were designed to correspond with the transition between the neighborhood to the west and the commercial corridor to the east. Community amenities include a courtyard over a private garage, a clubhouse/lounge, and a state-of-the-art fitness center along with an outdoor patio and grilling area with fire pits, seating areas, and extensive hardscaping and landscaping.
