Project Description

New Sanctuary The new Sanctuary seats 550 and was designed for future expansion (1,100 seats). A new connector unit between the Parish offices and Faith & Family Center was also built. Elford performed the following work: sanitary & storm system upgrades; remediation of the east parking lot; adding new St. Ladislaus windows; reconstruction and renovation of the altar of repose; tile flooring; a baptismal font; larger HVAC units; new retractable hanging lights; additional catwalks in the attic; relocation of the power transformer; installation of a back-up generator; and additional A/V equipment installation.

Community Center A two-phase project for a new 21,000 SF two-story Community Center located in the existing parking lot, a 5,000 SF renovation to the existing social hall, additional parking, and extensive site work.

Phase 1 included the new Parish Center, which will houses a multipurpose space on the ground level, 10 classrooms for religious education and group meetings on the lower level, a new kitchen, elevator, and ancillary spaces. Phase 1 included expanding the existing parking lot by 400 spaces and adding capacity to the existing on-site septic system. Phase II included renovation of the existing parish hall to create parish offices and upgrades to 2,341 SF of the basement level including new paint, ceilings, lighting, and partition walls.
