The Park at Beulah Phase II

Project Description

The project involves building two pavilions, the West Pavilion and the South Pavilion at The Park at Beulah, along with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical facilities, site grading, landscaping, and related work. Additionally, there is an optional component to construct the Finish Line Pavilion, which includes similar elements. This project aims to improve recreational facilities, ensure functional design, maintain quality infrastructure, offer flexibility, stick to the timeline and budget, and engage stakeholders for input and feedback throughout the process. Overall, the goal of the project is to enhance the park’s amenities and create inviting spaces for community activities and gatherings.
