Project Description

A renovation of the patron lounge located on the Huntington level of the Schottenstein Center. The project scope included new high-end finishes composed of high grade wood, Venetian granite millwork, LED lighting, and luxury floor finishes. The entire space was demolished, followed by the installation of new walls, floors, tile, and acoustical ceilings in the renovated area. Food service equipment and residential appliances were installed to upgrade the room for the comfort of patrons. Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical modifications were also modified to fit the new plans. To finish, multiple walls were covered with permanent owner-provided graphics and removable frame units.
