University Hospital East - West Wing Expansion

Project Description

A 22,000 SF expansion and renovation of the existing 18,077 SF 2nd floor in the West Wing of the University Hospital East facility. This expansion and renovation enabled the facility to meet new NFPA/FGI requirements and regulations, create surgical expansion capacity, and consolidate imaging operational efficiency. The entire space is designed and built around improving patient experience with modalities specific to enhancing patient outcomes and plays a critical role in the Wexner Medical Center’s program. The radiology suite includes a Siemens CT Go as well as a new Siemens Sola MRI. The OR Suite consists of three operating rooms and one hybrid OR complete with a robotic Pheno arm for imaging.
