Project Description

Situated along the southern edge of Goodale Boulevard across from Grandview Yard, Southern Station completes the gateway to Grandview Heights from downtown Columbus. The former site of the W.W. Williams corporate headquarters and industrial complex, this development transformed an under-utilized, gray-field site into a vibrant, mixed-use development, complementing the architecture and uses already established across the street in the Grandview Yard development. Encompassing nearly 7 acres, the 5-story project consists of a total of 263,922 SF, roughly 25,000 SF of which is reserved for office and restaurant space along Goodale Avenue, 260 residential units, multiple landscaped outdoor amenity spaces, and streetscape improvements.
