Project Description

This project involved a tenant buildout of 34,000 SF, on the third floor of the Van Trust Building at Polaris Parkway. Work included metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, glass storefront partitions, paint, cabinetry, ceramic tile, polished concrete, and carpet finishes.

PROJECT SUCCESSES

• Project was completed on-time for a successful tenant move-in
• Due to a special suspended art piece, additional sprinklers were needed to maintain complete coverage throughout the office
• With the remainder of the office building occupied during construction, noise levels were kept to a minimum
