Project Description
This project includes the construction of a new 300,400 SF Build-to-Suit Distribution Center situated on a 22.5 acre site. The new structure will feature a 36-foot clear height, TPO roofing, metal panel feature siding, four (4) drive-in doors, and 30 overhead dock doors. The bulk of the structure consists of precast walls and structural steel.
