Project Description

The Pointe at Polaris project was a multi-phased project that included multiple retail, office, and apartment spaces, as well as two separate parking garages on a 21-acre site prominently located along I-71. The first phase of the project included the construction of a 216-unit apartment building, 569-space parking garage, and 100,000 SF of office and first floor retail spaces. Tenant improvement work was also performed for office and retail tenants including Condado Tacos, Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea, Atlas Tavern, and Anthem BCBS during this phase.

In Phase 2, an additional 150,000 SF office building that included tenant improvement of the 4th and 5th floors of the Bank of America Office, 267-unit apartment building, and 458-space parking garage were constructed adjacent to the fully operational phase 1 of the development. The team was able to successfully coordinate construction activities to ensure minimal disruption to the neighboring office, apartment, and retail tenants. Amenity spaces for apartment residents in both buildings included a community room, lap pool, indoor and outdoor fitness center, bike storage and repair stations, outdoor grills and fire pits, and hammocks.
