Project Description

This multi-phased project included the construction of 13 multifamily apartment
buildings on 41 acres within Jeffrey Park. The development has played a vital role in the

revitalization of the Italian Village neighborhood and was constructed directly adjacent

to existing commercial and multifamily complexes with no impact or interruptions to the

tenants.

The Foundry at Jeffrey Park (June 2015) This phase included the construction of
a 3-building multifamily apartment development with 268 units and a four-story,

280-spot parking garage. An additional 32,000 SF of space was reserved to house

the development’s Community Center and leasing office in the proceeding phase.

The apartments include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments in two,

three, and four-story garden style apartment and townhome building types.

Community Center (July 2015) The two-story, 32,000 SF space reserved from
the previous phase was built out to house a resort-style workout facility, in-

ground swimming pool, full-service restaurant, community meeting space, and the

development’s leasing office. The Community Center’s interior was fitted with high-

end finishes to match the façade of the existing Jeffrey Park apartment complex.

Jeffrey Park V (April 2019) This 68,168 SF apartment building consists of 46 units
over 4 stories and 16 individual parking garages. Work included a concrete footer

foundation with CMU stem walls, SOG first floor, and CMU block stair and elevator

towers with wood framing and prefabricated wood trusses with brick exterior.
