Project Description
The Reach is located on the 19-acre campus of White Castle’s new corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The 260-unit apartment complex includes parking structures and a 20,000 SF community center for events and meetings. The Reach was constructed in two phases. Phase 1 completed two new wood framed 3-story walk-ups and one 4-story building with a total of 94,162 SF and 82 units. Phase 2 completed the remaining 178 units
