Project Description
Constructed new 60,000 sf pre-engineered metal building for manufacturing equipment storage, testing, and shipping. The building included a 2-story office facility, multiple overhead cranes, and design-build fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades. Elford was intricately involved during the preconstruction process assisting with expediting the PEMB, permits and approvals from all utilities and jurisdictions, and design of the MEP trades.
