We Build Community

We're more than the projects we build. We are here to support each other and make our community better through service, outreach, and performing our jobs to the best of our ability.

Build. Serve. Lead.

It's not just a slogan — it's our mission.

Being a leader means being on the forefront of progress and offering a helping hand to those who need it. We take pride in our commitment to teaching, supporting, and driving our employees to be the best they can be, and empowering them to enrich the communities we serve.

The work we do is not only of high quality but also deeply fulfilling. Seeing a project's evolution from its inception to the ribbon-cutting is incredibly gratifying. It's more than just construction. And I love it."

Jim Smith

"One of the keys to being in business for 100 years is keeping the stories alive. We tell some of the great old stories about pivotal moments in our company’s history, and we are conscious of the fact that we are also creating new stories. We are very focused on our mission, our core purpose, and our core values. One of the things we do very well is connecting with our stories and understanding how our actions represent the core of who we are."
