ELFORD AWARDS PROGRAM
Each year, Elford hosts an Awards & Recognition event to celebrate our successes over the last year, and to recognize employees who embody the spirit of our mission to BUILD, SERVE, and LEAD while supporting our community and enriching lives.
The Awards
- The JR Johnson BUILD Award honors a craftsperson or team for their exceptional skills, direct “hands on” experience, and performance during the preceding year.
- The SERVE Award honors an individual or team for their longstanding commitment to community, charitable organizations, and performance during the preceding year.
- The Pop Elford LEAD Award honors an individual or team for their demonstration of leadership excellence in their area of competency during the preceding year.
- The Innovation Award honors an individual or team that introduces a new idea, method, or device to advance the efforts of our company during the preceding year.
The winners for each award will be announced during our upcoming 2024 Awards & Recognition Event at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium on Saturday, May 4th.
If you know a fellow employee or Elford team that deserves recognition in any of these four categories, please take a few minutes to nominate them!
