Elford Awards Program
Annually, we recognize three employees that embody the spirit of our mission:
To BUILD, SERVE, and LEAD while supporting our community and enriching lives.
These three awards are the JR Johnson Build Award, the Serve Award and the Pop Elford Lead Award. Nominations are open year-round and can be accessed via the survey links below. Eligibility criteria for each award is also included below.
The JR Johnson BUILD Award
Eligibility:
Employee with a tenure of at least 1 year
The award is person and project specific
Awarded to a Craftsperson with direct “hands on” experience on the project
Evaluation Criteria:
Demonstrate exceeding client expectations
Creativity in execution
Mastery of craft

SERVE Award
Eligibility:
Full Time Employee with a tenure of at least 1 year
Award recognizes a longstanding commitment to community or charitable organization
Evaluation Criteria:
Demonstrated leadership
Energy and commitment to the cause

Pop Elford LEAD Award
Eligibility:
Full Time Employee with a tenure of at least 1 year
Awarded to an individual who demonstrates leadership excellence in their area of competency
