Tenant Improvement
A 81,120 SF Midwest headquarters for Chipotle Mexican Grill, located in the Arena District in downtown Columbus. Interior design includes extensive use of sound rated walls, floors, doors, and glazing. A data center is located on level 3, and additional bathrooms, cafeterias, and break rooms were outfitted on each floor to support approximately 400 employees. High-end lighting, lighting controls, and other design features were included to mimic the recently completed headquarters in Newport Beach. Elford coordinated the work of Chipotle’s security, low voltage, furniture, and AV vendors through a virtual preconstruction process due to travel limitations imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
