PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Africentric k-12 Early College facility is a new 139,449 SF building housing up to 1,000 students (460 elementary, 230 middle, and 310 high school level students) built on a 52-acre site. The facility was designed for 21st century student learning concepts with collaborative learning spaces with decentralized library spaces spread throughout the building. OFCC Project.
The campus includes a separate 35,600 SF competition gymnasium building with 2,100 seats, baseball and softball fields, and tennis court facilities.
