PROJECT DESCRIPTION
New construction of a 14,655 SF, 2-story multiple tenant facility with a second story roof terrace and brewing capabilities. In the first phase, a new Donatos building was constructed adjacent to the existing location. This new store model features wood detail, stained concrete floor, open ceiling and a rolling bay door to match the surrounding boutique neighborhood. After successfully moving Donatos’ operation into their new space, the former restaurant was demolished for a new 2 story steel-framed building shell constructed during the second phase. Elford completed the tenant fit-out in the new space, RAM, a full-service restaurant and brewery with an outdoor rooftop patio area. A 900 SF craft bar is attached to the new Donatos restaurant and a shared space is created by way of an outdoor patio facing the street. A juice bar also occupies building space between Donatos and RAM.
