PROJECT DESCRIPTION
64,500 SF of renovations and 9,000 SF addition to a Romanesque-style historic church including: sanctuary, narthex, chapel, foyer, administrative offices, parlor, conference rooms, classrooms, day care center, staff offices, food pantry, kitchen, restrooms, two new parking lots and new entrance. Electrical, lighting, HVAC, life safety and security systems were replaced or upgraded throughout the space. Sanctuary’s stained glass windows originally created by the Louis Comfort Tiffany Studios were also restored.
