PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In 2017, Dublin City Schools updated its master plan. Over the last 10 years, the District has experienced extensive growth with the addition of 2,400 students and anticipate an estimated 3,000 more in the next 10 years. Elford was privileged to have the opportunity to participate in the District’s expansion, taking on the renovation of the old central office to create a centralized preschool, and turning a 40 acre farm field into the new Eversole Run Middle School.

Eversole Run Middle School is just over 134,000 SF and includes over 50 classrooms, group breakout rooms, teachers’ rooms, specialty science labs, high-tech music spaces, unique dining, three courtyards, top-of-the-line athletic facilities, and a stunning gymnasium with a soaring golden eagle at center court.

The construction of Eversole Run Middle School was met with an unprecedented challenge, as construction took place during a global pandemic. However, thanks to the established partnership between Elford and Dublin City Schools, our team enjoyed navigating the entire process from ground up, and we are excited for the Golden Eagles’ students and staff to experience enhanced learning opportunities in this beautiful new space for years to come.
