Hilliard Middle School – Hilliard City Schools

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Expecting more than 1,000 new students in the next five years, Hilliard City Schools created a facilities master plan to address infrastructure updates.
A new $38M, 142,000 SF Middle School was built to handle the anticipated increase in student enrollment. The construction begun with an early site package in fall of 2016 followed by the building package in February 2017. The new Middle School was completed in August, 2018 for the start of the academic year.
The capital program will also address ongoing repair needs in every school in the district.
