PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project created a new 250,000 SF warehouse on a 19+/- acre site. The building was constructed utilizing a steel superstructure with 32-foot clear height and load-bearing precast concrete wall panels. The building includes 24 dock positions, each with a leveler.
