PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A complete renovation to all 47 floors of the LeVeque Tower in downtown Columbus. This project will renovate all 120,000 SF to convert a variety of office spaces and apartments into high-end hotel and retail space. Hospitality amenities include a spa, restaurant, bar, lounge area, fitness center and Starbucks coffee shop.
