PROJECT DESCRIPTION
11,000 SF, two-story Research & Development building addition/renovation, which included a new secure lobby. Labs and offices are located on the first floor, with mechanical space on the second floor. The project included renovations of existing labs, offices, break room, and locker rooms.
Structural steel frame with exterior composite metal panels, blue glass curtainwall, and EPDM roof system. Masonry and metal stud interior walls. Epoxy paint, epoxy flooring. Metal laboratory casework. Laboratory grade plumbing, piped gas and air systems, USP water, chilled water, sound-masking system, emergency power, paging/speaker system.
