PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Elford managed all construction for the building improvements, including the demolition and remodeling of approximately 2,500 SF of existing interior space. The construction of the new building components included a 10,000 SF fellowship hall for church gatherings or special events, a 2,200 SF wood framed chapel and a 2,000 SF children’s wing. Elford supervised infrastructure improvements to water/sanitary services and electrical/gas utilities.
Additional sitework included a new turn-in lane from SR-16 with driveway expansion from the north entry point. Additionally, the parking lot was repaved and re-striped to increase parking capacity. A new feature to the landscaping topography included a water detention system.
