Buildings include Parkside (6-story, 130,000 SF building with 90 one and two bedroom independent living apartments, dining room, bistro, library, theater, art and activity rooms, fitness center, billiard room, private dining room, postal center, banking services, carports and patio terrace); Bishop Place Assisted Living Center (61 one bedroom and studio apartments); Special Care Center for Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care (40 studio apartments); and Ridge Homes (16 one and two bedroom independent living patio homes).
