PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A new 325,000 SF hospital on an 89-acre campus, including a 24-hour full-service Emergency Department with 32 beds, outpatient and inpatient Surgical services, inpatient Medical services, Women’s Health Department with 34 maternity/nursery beds, 60 Medical/Surgical/ICU beds with a link to OhioHealth’s eICU remote monitoring system, full Diagnostic and Imaging Center, Pharmacy, Laboratory, 17 Gardens (both interior and exterior) and a separate Central Energy Plant including 3-1,250 kw generators. This project utilized sustainable design practices and is a member of the Pebble Project Initiative.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A new 130,000 SF, 3-story Ambulatory facility on an 11-acre site. The new facility contains an emergency department, clinical and imaging laboratories, a fitness facility, spa, indoor lap, therapy and exercise pools, cardiac rehabilitation spaces, administration offices and other support spaces. Elford provided pre-construction and construction services for site improvements, building core, building shell and interiors.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This new 3,100 SF chapel was constructed under the existing six-story building canopy of Mount Carmel West Medical Center. The project included demolition, structural steel framing, drywall, roofing, exterior and interior stucco, HVAC, installation of stained glass windows, skylight, curved walls, custom oak millwork, ceramic tile, carpet, sidewalks and landscaping. The chapel also included custom fabrication and installation of travertine Navona marble altar wall and custom fabricated iron support base to hold an imported Italian holy water fountain.
